9. The permit holder must ensure that the automobile used to provide the remunerated passenger transportation services is registered by the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec in accordance with the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2) and that the automobile has undergone a mechanical inspection by a certified mechanic in accordance with section 33.
